Aungier Street residence is an apartment style complex. There are four floors within the residence. Each floor can accommodate between three and six students. All the rooms are ensuite. Each floor has a separate state of the art kitchen/living/dining area with sun terrace.

Standard Room 65 Aungier Street = €8,250.00 | Large Front Room = €8,450.00 | Large Back Room = €9,300.00. Utilities: €760.00

The fess are payable in two installments. The first installment together with the utility charges are payable on completion of booking.
The second installment is payable on or before the 28th December 2010. Payment in full attracts a discount of €100.00.
